WHAT WE’RE DISTILLING
Quandong Gin starts with the zesty sweetness of ripe citrus and finishes with the herbal notes true to the native peach.
Farriers Gin has a warming spiced aroma wth a clean but earthy palate providing familiar back notes of the refreshing crisp morning air of the Flinders Ranges Pine and a touch of classic Juniper.
Native munties provide an apple-blueberry sweetness.
The deep purple of the Thai Butterfly Pea Flower complements the bright fresh flavour. Tonic will magically transform this drink into a rosy pink treat in your glass.
